About the Hall

Description

Meavy Parish Hall is set within the heart of the delightful village of Meavy.

The Hall will seat up to 100 people for theatrical productions, meetings etc . It is an ideal venue for functions and parties and up to 80 people can be seated at tables. We have a stage, bar area and kitchen and the toilet facilities include a disabled toilet.

The Hall has its own car park for 20 cars and there is limited unrestricted parking in the road. Access to the main entrance door is level and suitable for wheelchair access into the hall.

Bar available: Yes, but Meavy Parish Hall does not hold a license.  A license can be obtained for one off events of the Royal Oak Inn can obtain and run a bar, contact the landlord for details.

A hall, seating (at tables) 80 people, seating in rows 100 people. 

There are 12 tables and 100 chairs.  Maximum licensed capacity for audience is 120.

Directions

Meavy is situated 1.5 miles south east of Yelverton which is on the A386 Plymouth to Tavistock Road.

Travelling from Plymouth: take the turning signposted Meavy which is located just before the roundabout at Yelverton. Follow the road round and then turn left (again it is signed Meavy). Follow this road for about 1 mile until you reach the village of Meavy. The Hall is located on the right hand side of the village Green, opposite the pub and the church.   Location of Meavy
